Return and Refund Policy for Kurta and Kurti Products
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our kurta and kurti products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.
- Items that are damaged due to customer negligence or used products cannot be accepted.
- Sale items, customized, or personalized kurtas and kurtis may not be eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact our customer support at udayexport9@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our support team will guide you with the return shipping instructions.
- Please pack the product securely in its original packaging or similar safe packaging to prevent damage during transit.
3. Refunds
- Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
4. Exchanges
- Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective kurta or kurti, please contact udayexport9@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the damage/defect along with your order number.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as per your preference.
6. Important Notes
- Returns without prior approval from our customer support may not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to reject returns if products are not returned in compliance with the above conditions.
